Code Of Conduct
As a valued member of the Mindshastra coaching community, we expect all clients and participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct sets out the expected behaviour and standards for engaging with our coaching services and interacting with fellow community members.
Respectful Communication
Treat all coaches, team members, and fellow clients/participants with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Avoid engaging in any form of disrespectful, offensive, or harassing behaviour, including but not limited to discrimination, derogatory language, or personal attacks. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.
Confidentiality
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all information shared within the coaching sessions or community spaces. Do not disclose any personal or sensitive information shared by fellow clients/participants without their explicit permission. Maintain the confidentiality of other individuals’ experiences and ensure their privacy is protected.
Integrity and Honesty
Act with integrity and honesty in all interactions within the coaching community. Provide accurate and truthful information and refrain from misrepresentation or false claims. Be transparent about your own experiences and qualifications, and do not engage in any deceptive practices or behaviours.
Professional Boundaries
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries in your interactions with coaches, team members, and fellow clients/participants. Recognize and respect the roles and responsibilities of each individual within the coaching relationship. Avoid engaging in any inappropriate or unethical conduct that may compromise the integrity of the coaching process.
Feedback and Constructive Criticism
Provide feedback and constructive criticism in a respectful and constructive manner. Express your opinions and suggestions with the intention of improving the coaching experience and supporting the growth of fellow clients/participants. Avoid personal attacks or negative comments that undermine or harm others.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your participation within the coaching community. Do not engage in any activities that are illegal, unethical, or violate the rights of others. Report any concerns or violations to the appropriate channels.
Personal Responsibility
Take personal responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes. Recognize that coaching is a collaborative process, and your progress depends on your commitment, effort, and willingness to participate in the coaching experience actively. Seek accountability for your own growth and development.
Suspension or Termination
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your access to coaching services or participation within the coaching community at the sole discretion of Mindshastra. We reserve the right to take appropriate action based on the severity and nature of any violations.
